Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot using the OSI model
Solve complex problems
Work independently and as part of a team
Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
How will you support our “Why?”
Uphold our customer service standards and achieve call handling targets
Address technical assistance requests via phone and electronic channels
Determine our business customer needs through effective questioning and product analysis
Resolve technical and non-technical issues within established Service Level Agreements
Conduct research using internal and external resources when necessary
Assist internal and external field staff with fault and installation inquiries
