Job Parts Interpreter, Dandenong South

Are you an experienced parts professional looking for your next role? Parramatta Jaguar and Land Rover has a rare opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our supportive team!

About the Role:

Utilising your industry knowledge and experience, you will be providing professional product advice and exemplary customer service to internal (workshop) and external customers alike. You will be a key contributor to the department's continued commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
• Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods whilst maintaining the warehouse and required stock levels.
• Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations.

About You:

• Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience
• Have a customer focused mentality
• Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
• Experience working in fast paced environment
• Hands on experience with the Reynolds & Reynolds Computer system and JLR products will be viewed upon favorably
• Valid NSW drivers License
